"What should I tell you about the Corvette? They may build race cars, "continued Lemmens. "Think for example Le Mans, Sebring and FIA GT3. Last week we had a visit to the Callaway factory, and I think the most versatile car in our hands, that we should allow good results. Besides the fact that we have a very good team and nice to drop, I am very happy with the drivers that we have been able to capture. Working with someone like Jerome is a dream for every team. Peter, Henry and Harmen have already proven that they are experienced, fast, reliable and very driven. We will surely stand out on the track and on stage! "
Jeroen Bleekemolen
Despite his busy schedule to include races in the Porsche Supercup, Jeroen Bleekemolen will stay active in the national motorsports.
"I really like in the Netherlands still remain involved in racing, because there are many acquaintances of mine at the start," explains the Porsche Supercup championship.
"I think we have a good chance to fight for victories, the car is good and Peter is a fast driver."
Peter van der Kolk
Teammate Peter van der Kolk still dares not to venture predictions: "Like everyone, we have no idea where exactly we stand, but the fact that Jerome gives our intention to get in, the maximum possible.
I am an avid BMW driver, but because we could not GT4 BMW M3 testing, we opted for the Corvette C6.
That we could also take over from Bob van der Sluis, due to health problems this year because he will not drive. "
Harmen van Putten
"I expect a very nice year.
I come from the Gentlemans Cup and especially like in this beautiful and exciting class with big cars to get out, "says Van Putten.
"I will definitely try my best and I understand that this class is held under the authority of Jerome Frieman, who will see to it that pounding on the track with heavy penalties will be addressed.
That really appeals to me because I drove the Alfa Romeo Trofeo, where such incidents not occurred. "
Henry Zumbrink
"This car is a serious contender," said Zumbrink.
"During the test sessions the Corvette one of the fastest cars are.
It's great to go with this car to come in GT4.
The car has lots of torque and a high maximum speed.
By default, the Corvette 445 hp but that was reduced to 390 horsepower within the GT4 regulations to fall.
The class is new for me.
It is well structured and it's a good step for my development so I'm happy with it.
It is great that I get the chance in this competitive championship racing, and that in such a car!
The GT4 is hot in the Netherlands and I can present myself well here. "
The Dutch GT4 Championship starts during the Easter races, 1911 and April 13 at Circuit Park Zandvoort.
