I am from the place where it is up north. Western Europe is not that cold compared to here, since this place is famous for having only July and Winter. When it snows, it’s not a joke.
And as far as I know, I don’t know a single reliable German car in this weather condition.
And I can just imagine why those rich Saudis only drive Toyota Land Cruiser when they drive around desert, not some German SUV or even a Land Rover or anything.

I am not sure where you live, but I live in a cold place and it totally blew my mind when I realized this BMW I had had such real bad wipers. They just, do not work in the cold temperature(And this happened when I replaced the cheap wipers to Made in Germany wipers. Can you believe this?)
And then now I have Infinitis, used to have Hondas and Toyotas but I have never had, a single problem. I honestly never thought the German cars had many problems like this.
@NakedSnakeBlGBOSS Well the Audi’s I have haven’t had any problems to date but my Merc had a problem with battery drain and my BMW had speaker problems so I know what you’re trying to say

Audi…? Is this some kind of a joke? Mercedes-Benz S class, Audi A8 and BMW 7 series always have been known to be extremely unreliable, and in about 2009 or something, Audi A5 was one of the most unreliable cars.
And I’ve seen an Audi with wipers not working properly in the cold temperature(This happened to the POS BMW I used to have, so did to my buddy’s BMW M3 and the other guy’s 5 series) as well. Audi rivaling Lexus in reliability? Are you ok?
@NakedSnakeBlGBOSS That’s usually true but having owned two Audis a BMW a Merc and a Lexus I can definitely say Audi rivals the lexus in reliability

That’s funny. Most of the rich people in the U.S. drive around German cars, because they know the German cars are built to “show off”.
BMW, Merc, Audi, etc. Extremely overpriced and yet, very unreliable. But the rich people do not care all for the German “badge” aka “status symbol”.
The Japanese make the “real” understated cars. Cheap(Even Lexus LS) and yet, possesses bulletproof reliability.
German? Amuse me.
I love top gear, but sometimes I feel they make the show to have fun, not to inform the public about the cars and it´s features. Autoblogger for me has a adifferent approach mora based in the cars that I appreaciate. I mean a good test in Top Gear deservs a 10 points, but are fue of them, here it´s like 8.5 in every single test. Very good job netherlands guys.
This car looks just BORING!!! It looks like it was designed 5 years ago – LEDs are the best external element in this car – all the internal goodies will be replicated in next BENZ and BMW – with better design.
Beautiful car…love the lines and LED daytime running lights. I actually like the “understated” look. It’s elegant and classy. Thing is…my first car had a manual transmission and I’ve loved manuals ever since. The automatic transmission is a deal-breaker for me. Frankly, I don’t see Audi ever putting a manual in this type of car. It just wouldn’t sell in its demographic, and that’s okay. I’ll take an S4 or RS 4 any day

everything is ideal except for the tail lights. those look way to similar to that of a4. definitely should’ve added a bit of twist to the rear.

he should have chosen the V8 TDI with 800 NM torque’s, or wait for the epic W12
the real deal.
Personally I’m sure I’ll be raising my eyebrows when I see this on the road. Partly b/c I know what a fantastic automobile it is and its growing on me. If I were getting one I’d only consider the long wheelbase. And I wish they’d bring the 4.2 TDI over here!!!!! All that torque and long range driving with the opulence of an A8… Its the perfect long distance car.
The daytime running lights look horrible. The same goes with the new S class….they look BAD. The F01 7 series daytime running lights is not bad though, the angel eyes mildly light up and it’s much better than the angled ones of the Audi or the flat, bright ones of the S class.

O DEAR why you need a touch pad when there is voice recognition.
It is a very nice car. I am Afrikaans speaking and understood the presenter very well while presenting the review in dutch.
